Our Make Ready/ Move Out Cleanings includes the following:
2 maids, supplies and equipment
Living Areas, Bedrooms, Office, Stairways and Hallway:
Dust furniture, Dust shelves, vacuum carpets, Windex all mirrors, Dust ceiling fans, Dust window sills, Cobweb patrol, Inside/outside of glass on exterior doors, and make all beds if sheets are left out.
Kitchen and Laundry:
Clean countertops, microwave inside and out, clean and polish inside/outside of all appliances and cabinets, clean and polish sink, faucet and drain, vacuum and mop floors, wipe washer and dryer exterior, and trash removal (to the dumpster at location).
Bathrooms:
Disinfect, clean tub/shower stall, Commode inside and out, clean mirrors, clean countertops, exterior/interior cabinets, toilet paper holder/towel racks, and vacuum and mop all floors.
Deep Clean items:
Blinds, vacuum exposed vents, hand wipe baseboards, and vacuum edge carpets and insides of all cabinets, stove, refrigerators, and microwaves.
This quote is an ESTIMATE only! If it takes less or more than the time given above then the customer will pay a number of hours we actually cleaned. All houses have different levels of dirtiness and unique situations; therefore an exact quote is not possible.

*What is a Make Ready/ Move out cleaning? When a home is completely vacant with no furniture in it. Otherwise, if someone is living there and there is furniture in the home you are looking for a deep clean.
