Set rate pricing on one-time cleanings is based on square footage only. The estimate quoted will be what you are charged. In rare cases, when the homes are EXTREME DIRTY (double the amount of time of a normal house its size), Maids and Moore reserves the right to call the customer before the cleaning begins and adjust the quote accordingly. At that moment, the customer and Maids and Moore both reserve the right to decline or accept the new agreement.
