It involves the removal of all the deposited dirt, dust, and grime left by the previous occupants so that new tenants can move in. Our diligent cleaners will clean everything on the inside of the home except the paint on the walls and the glass on the windows. Make-ready cleaning is a service designed to help tenants, landlords, and homeowners when they want to move into a freshly scrubbed home.

This is how we quote our housekeeping

We base our set rate pricing of one-time and initial deep cleaning exclusively on square footage. The exception to the rule are homes that are considered EXTREMELY DIRTY (meaning they take double the amount of time needed to clean a house of comparable size). If that’s the case, Maids and Moore reserves the right to adjust the quote accordingly and call the customers before cleaning to inform them of these developments. Under these circumstances, both the customer and Maids and Moore reserve the right to back off from the new agreement.
