We offer final cleaning to eliminate the heavy dust after the contractors have finished removing all the heavy debris, paint splatters, etc. Cleaning the outside of your house and garage areas isn’t included in the quote but we offer them as add-ons. - Inside and outside dishwasher $25
- Inside windows up to 3000 square feet $50
- Inside windows 3001 to 6000 square feet $100
- Sweep porch $15 per porch
- Sweeping the garage (up to 2 car garage) $15
- Hand wash od all dishes (up to 20 minutes) $35
- Spot wiping walls (not floors to ceiling) $10 per wall
- Wipe down your walls (floor to ceiling up to 10 feet high) $25 per wall
- Cleaning the patio $35 (sweep and dust – NO inside grills or inside of outside kitchen appliances)
- Disinfecting misting service $95 minimum or $0.05 per square foot
- Carpet steam cleaning (subcontracted) $96 minimum – Call for a customized quote
- Upholstery steam cleaning (subcontracted) $96 minimum to come out – Call for a customized quote
- Tile and grout cleaning (subcontracted) $96 minimum to come out – Call for a customized quote
