Get to know our method for quoting a cleaning

Our rates for one-time cleanings are based only on the square footage of your home. The rate you receive when you schedule your service will be the final charge. However, while it doesn’t happen often, in some instances a home requires considerably more work. If this is the case, Maids and Moore retains the right to contact the client and request an additional charge so we’re able to complete the cleaning.
