- Inside and Outside Empty Fridge and Freezer $25
- Inside and Outside Stocked Fridge and Freezer $50
- Inside and Outside Dishwasher $25
- Inside Windows up to 3000 square feet $50
- Inside Windows 3001 to 6000 square feet $100
- Sweep Porch $15 per porch
- Sweep Garage (up to 2 car garage) $15
- Hand Washing Dishes (up to 20 minutes) $35
- Spot Wipe Walls (not floors to ceiling) $10 per wall
- Wipe Down Walls (floor to ceiling up to 10 feet high) $25 per wall
- Patio Cleaning $35 (sweep and dust-NO inside grills or inside of outside kitchen appliances)
- Disinfecting Misting Service $95 minimum or $0.05 per square foot
- Carpet Steam Cleaning (subcontracted) $108 minimum – Call for a customized quote
- Upholstery Steam Cleaning (subcontracted) $108 minimum to come out – Call for a customized quote
- Tile and Grout Cleaning (subcontracted) $108 minimum to come out – Call for a customized quote
