What is a routine cleaning service?

It’s ongoing cleaning designed to keep your home consistently spotless. We typically start with an initial deep clean to set the foundation, then our professional cleaners maintain that standard with regular visits. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, whatever fits your lifestyle. Pricing is a flat rate based on your square footage, so there are no surprises.

A) Routine service includes the following

Living areas, bedrooms, office, stairways & hallway

  • Dust furniture and shelves
  • Vacuum and edge carpets
  • Clean all mirrors and glass
  • Dust ceiling fans, blades, and light fixtures
  • Dust window sills (middle and bottom)
  • Clean the inside glass of the 2 main exterior doors of the home
  • Cobweb control
  • Sweep with vacuum and mop floors
  • Trash removal (to a dumpster at the location)
  • Make beds (leave sheets on the corner of the bed)

Kitchen & laundry room

  • Clean and polish the outside of all appliances, cabinets, and drawers (including the inside of the microwave)
  • Clean countertops
  • Clean and polish the sink, faucet, and drain
  • Sweep with vacuum and mop floors
  • Trash removal (to a dumpster at the location)
  • Cobweb control

Bathrooms

  • Clean countertops
  • Clean tub/shower stall
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet inside and out
  • Clean and polish the sink, faucet, and drain
  • Clean all mirrors and glass
  • Clean the outside of all cabinets and drawers
  • Dust and clean toilet paper holder/towel racks
  • Sweep with vacuum and mop floors
  • Trash removal (to a dumpster at the location)

B) Additional items done on a rotational basis

Deep clean items

  • Hand-wipe baseboards
  • Clean all vents
  • Dust picture frames and decor

* Our cleaners use a two-step ladder and extendable duster to reach and clean cobwebs and dust as high as possible, including all items within that reach.
* Our deep clean includes both A and B throughout the entire home.
* Routine visits include A every time, with B rotated through different sections of the home on each visit.
