In 2008, Holly embarked on a journey that led to the creation of Maids and Moore, a testament to her unwavering commitment to these principles. Summer is a true Texan hailing from Gatesville, TX. Summer's remarkable voyage with our team began in 2009, marking over a decade of dedicated service to Maids and Moore. In 2009, shortly after the inception of Maids and Moore, she was hired for a multifaceted role of sales, scheduling, marketing, and development. Summer's character is defined by her unwavering drive, dedication, and strong work ethic. She's a wellspring of inventive ideas, serving as an inspiration to our entire team. She has played an instrumental role in establishing the very foundation of our business, constantly innovating to create the best work environment for our staff, while simultaneously providing opportunities for in-house growth and advancement. Through years of dedication and hard work, Summer earned her current title of CEO. Summer's primary focuses are the marketing and growth of each of our divisions as well as the development and implementation of systems and processes designed to meet and exceed our customers' needs. Katelyn is a true native of Montgomery County, Texas. She's been an integral part of Maids and Moore since the start of our Conroe location in 2015 when she was hired as Conroe’s General Manager. Over the years, Katelyn has honed her skills and demonstrated exceptional proficiency in her role. Her unwavering dedication, outstanding analytical capabilities, and effective managerial and leadership skills were instrumental in her journey. Katelyn's relentless desire to excel propelled her into her current role, which she assumed in 2022. In her current position, Katelyn plays a crucial role in supporting our three locations, overseeing all aspects of operations and logistics, and spearheading the execution of Maids and Moore's short-term and long-term goals. Roxy is a proud Georgetown, TX native, who has called the Austin area home for her entire life. Roxy's career with Maids and Moore commenced in 2010 when she joined our team as a maid. Meet Cindy, originally from El Salvador and proudly calling Conroe, TX home for the past nine years. Joining Maids and Moore in January 2021 as a maid, Cindy quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional work ethic, a strong desire to excel, and genuine compassion for her role. These qualities didn't go unnoticed, leading to her promotion to Quality Field Supervisor in October 2023, marking her as the newest member of our dynamic management team. We are thrilled to welcome Cindy onboard, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact she'll bring to our Quality Department.
