What type of service do you offer?

Residential One-time cleanings such as Deep, Make Ready (Move Out), or List cleans.  Routine services Weekly, Bi Weekly, and Monthly.  As well as, carpet cleaning and window cleaning (call to inquire).

Do you guarantee your work?

Most defiantly.  Maids and Moore is a 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.   If you are not happy or if something is missed simply call us and we will make it right.  Every home and family are different and we understand that the needs of each individual are different so we do our best to adhere to our customer’s needs.

What is the difference between a Deep and Make Ready?

A Deep clean is when you are currently living in the home.  A Make Ready (Move Out) cleaning is when you are moving out or moving in and the home is vacant with NO furniture.

How many maids do you send?

We always send 2 maids including supplies and equipment

What are your Deep Clean items?

We offer 4 deep clean items which we do all at once on the Initial Deep Cleaning and then maintain and rotate them out during Routine Services after the Initial Deep Clean is complete.  These Deep Clean items are Deep Dusting, Deep Vents, Deep Blinds, and Deep Baseboards.

Do you offer a one-time cleaning that is not a deep clean?

Yes.  We offer what we call a List clean with a minimum amount of time at our hourly rate.  You get to set the amount of time you would like us to be there and you provide us with a list that is best for you and your needs.  We will work down that list of items in the amount of time provided and try to accomplish all of your needs.
